The University of Waikato is situated on the east side of Hamilton in the suburb of Hillcrest, about 4 km from Hamilton Central. The Waikato river runs through the middle of Hamilton, flowing from south to north.

The Conference Committee have organised for a bus to bring delegates from the Novotel to the University of Waikato on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You do not need to be staying at the Novotel to use this free shuttle and we encourage you to use this bus if you are staying in the city centre. However, we have limited seats so please register your interest here so we can book the appropriate sized bus.
The bus schedule will be posted closer to the conference but you can expect that the bus will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start and leave approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled end of each day. The conference bus will not be available on Sunday - please plan your travel accordingly. On Tuesday, the bus will only be catering for those going to the conference dinner.

To minimise the amount of signage that would otherwise be thrown away at the end of the event, we have substituted direction signage with videos showing you the way from our main entrances to help you find the Pā. These will be uploaded soon.
